Cayden when you first get to know him, comes off as a complete dick with no disregard for anyone but himself and his friends. Which is completely true in all statements. Cayden is a dick to everyone but those he trust He’s closed off, and will injure you until the point that you want to scream at him to wake the fuck up. But, once you get under that skin of his, and actually bug him enough to talk to you, things aren’t so bad. That’s why Cayden has so few friends, because no one wants to take the time to earn anyone’s trust in this day in age.

Once you pry under the front Cayden is the most loyal friend you could have. He would push a car out of the way just to save you and would expect nothing in return. He is a true giver in every aspect of life. He has given the shirt off his back to hold over someone’s head in the rain, and would do it for anyone of his friends.

If you are having a bad day, expect him to skip his class to be with you just to make you smile and laugh. He has nearly failed before just because one of his best friends went through a bad breakup and Cayden decided that it was his responsibly to make her happy again. Which meant a lot of time taking her to the Ice cream shop during her lunch, which was his art class. Luckily all he needed was a good final piece, so he drew a day of Her and himself at the shop and called it ‘Skipping Heart Break’.

Cayden has a strange personality that comes over him when he’s engulfed into ‘band mode’. Almost like a split personality that has been named ‘Clay’. He’s totally intense and you can’t make him stop his drums. Its like the music takes over him, and clams him. Though as soon as he’s done he’s back to normal. Just calmer and amazingly easier to talk to. If Cayden could get any easier.

Cayden is very protective over his ‘band time’ and he loves his drums. Course he drums on anything and everything including his very private sketchbook. Only the band is allowed to look in it, otherwise prepare to loose a few fingers. He drums on his bandmates heads, arms, legs, stomach. Anything he can reach, But they love him anyway

Cayden’s story starts out with his parents. His mother found out she had gotten knocked up by some starting out band’s lead singer, while she was still a college girl studying to be a chief. It was the last thing she needed. Course Jacoby wasn’t handling it any better. Since this was his one night stand that was to mean absolutely nothing and that would be it. Besides isn’t that what all rock stars in training do? Have sex with random women while being on a drug high?

Velia tracked down Jacoby and they got married, since they could get on welfare together, and would get more money. They fought consistently, and Velia got thrown around quiet a bit when she was pregnant, did some drugs and drank. Luckily nothing hurt the growing Cayden.

Wash Away Those Years[/color][/font]

Cayden’s first few years of life were confusing and hard for him. His parents yelled and fought when they were together, which good for him was rare since his dad was trying to become famous. His mother had to temporally forget about college to raise him on her own. Of course it was his fault since his mother never wanted to blame herself.

When ever his father was around Cayden grew scared of him. He was a strange man to him up until the age of 9 or so when he started to comprehend that Jacoby was a rock star and that was something that rock stars just did. His father sent him things in the mail, along with his mothers money to go back to college and get her degree.

The Worst Has Yet To Come

His father gave into cancer, and passed away when Cayden was 14, that important time in life when a child needs guidance. Cayden found it in a man named Domanic Venten. A 23 year old gang leader, that took him under his wing and taught him things that would get him through life day to day.

His mother kept right on into school forgetting about young Cayden. Cayden found his passion in drumming, and learning how to break a man’s neck in two seconds flat. He was turning into the perfect little gangster. And to think, his mother was surprised when she came home to see her 16 year old son on the couch with a bottle of whisky in his hand, and a cigarette in between his lips.

Of course she was to busy to care what happened to her son. If he died, he had life insurance on him. Just more money for her.

Light At The End Of A Tunnel Or A Train?

Domanic paid for Cayden’s college fee, just because he started treating him like his own son, and that is what he was for the young boy. A father, one that he never had as a child growing up. Sure they had there differences, and arguments, but that was with any family.
Domanic has his doubts weather or not Cayden can make it with out him, and so far away. But he know’s that some of the band members went with him to Vegas, and he hopes they can teach the broken man to whole once again. He just hopes Cayden just doesn’t crash and burn, like so many other people have.
